Lindsay S Brown, M.S./CCC-SLP is owner of The Language Loft. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed as a speech-language pathologist by the State of Florida. She received both her M.S. and B.A. degrees in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire.
Lindsay has over 25 years of experience in a variety of educational and clinical settings including private practice, public and private schools, and hospitals. She has gained broad knowledge of communication disorders working for school districts in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Florida. Lindsay is a certified clinician in the Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) framework and gestalt language processing.
Lindsay is married with two children and resides in the Estero area. She is excited to offer speech and language therapy in Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Estero, FL.
Jennifer Thomas, M.S./CCC-SLP is passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome communication challenges and achieve their fullest potential. She has developed expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication, and swallowing disorders.
Jenn’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida, followed by a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Florida State University. She is licensed by the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She is also a certified SPEAK OUT! provider for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease. During her time at Florida State University, Jenn completed her clinical placements in a variety of settings including Treeline Elementary School, Gulf Coast Hospital Outpatient Rehab, Health Park Care and Rehabilitation Center, and The Language Loft.
Throughout her career, Jenn has worked in private practice and skilled nursing. In addition to clinical work, she is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up to date on the latest research and techniques in the field. Jenn is passionate about working collaboratively with individuals and their families to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.
